This Policy describes how Nobius LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes and protects the data of users of the Instime mobile application (the “App”). Instime is the name of the App; Nobius LTD is its developer and copyright holder. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
2. App status#
Instime is an independent app by Nobius LTD for keeping information about your insurance policies and reminding you when they expire.
- We are not an insurance company, insurance agent or insurance broker, and we do not carry out insurance activities.
- We do not enter into insurance contracts, sell or issue policies, collect insurance premiums or pay out insurance claims.
- We are in no way affiliated with insurance companies or their activities, are not their partner or representative, and do not act on their behalf.
- Insurance company names and policy details appear in the App only because you added them yourself. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
- We do not share your data with insurance companies. For questions about insurance terms, policy renewal or claims, please contact your insurance company directly.
3. Information we collect and use#
The Instime app collects the following data:
- Account data: your full name and phone number provided during registration.
- User data: your activity and actions in the App needed for it to work.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, OS version, unique identifiers and error logs.
4. Purposes of processing#
We use your information to:
- Keep the App running and provide personalized features.
- Analyze statistics, improve Instime and fix bugs.
- Contact you, send notifications and respond to your requests.
5. Data storage and security#
Your information is stored on secure servers. We apply modern security measures to prevent loss, theft, unauthorized modification of or access to your data.
