This policy is effective from January 1, 2026 and covers all Example products and websites.
What we collect#
We follow the principle of data minimisation: we collect only what the service cannot work without.

We do not collect payment details (handled by the app store), precise location, contacts, clipboard contents or biometrics.
Legal bases#
- Performance of a contract — account data and user content are required to provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Legitimate interest — crash diagnostics and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent — analytics and marketing e-mails; you can withdraw consent at any time in the app settings (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Third-party services#
Some processing is carried out by processors acting on our instructions; they may not use the data for their own purposes.

Sharing with third parties#
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- the processors listed above, to the extent needed to deliver the service;
- authorities, where required by law;
- a successor entity in case of a business reorganisation, under this same policy.
Retention#
- Account data — while the account is active, plus 30 days after a deletion request.
- Logs and crash diagnostics — up to 90 days.
- Anonymised analytics — indefinitely, as it cannot identify you.
- Data we are legally required to keep — for the statutory period.
Security#
Data in transit is protected with TLS, staff access follows the least-privilege principle, and passwords are stored only as irreversible hashes. No service can guarantee absolute security, but we review our measures regularly.
Your rights#
You may:
- obtain a copy of your data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your account and the data associated with it;
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent given earlier;
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@example.com. We respond within 30 days. To protect your account we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the e-mail address linked to it.
Children#
The service is not intended for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to privacy@example.com and we will delete it.
International transfers#
Google Cloud / Firebase infrastructure may be located outside your country. Such transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies#
https://ins-time.online consists of static pages with no cookies, trackers or advertising pixels. If the app itself uses cookies, their purpose is described in the app.
Changes to this policy#
We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or in-app at least 7 days in advance.
